JIRO BEVIS is an influential illustrator of the London art scene. His sturdy graphic style, which leaves an impact whilst being funny at the same time, shows a strong reference to the pop culture in the 80’s. It contains many references to his musical tastes, which are often as atypical as that of his artistic universe. The two visuals of the designs that he proposes for this collection are a graphic interpretation of 2 songs that have rocked his eardrums since he was a teenager, "Melody" by the band Plustwo and "TV Scene" by singer Linda di Franco. Jiro has done a plethora of personal work but has mainly worked with renowned clients such as Vice magazine, the Black Lips for an album cover, Merock Records, Nokia and many others.
